Great question! Indeed, I do use a range of doses which start from a low doses (a walk in the park on a cloudy day) up to high doses (a day at the beach on a bright sunny day without sunscreen).
With higher doses, the effect I see on skin cells is more dramatic – that is, most of them die 🙁
