Question: For what work in particular did you get awarded the NSW Life Scientist Research Award or was it for your overall contribution in your studies?
This award was designed to help Australian researchers working overseas return home to continue their research. I was working in Canada when I won this award and it allowed me to move home and setup my research back in Sydney. To win this award I had to list all of my achievements and also give a plan of the experiments I wanted to do in the future, and the award was base don all those things.
