Most of the body’s cells have already been discovered.
Also, the entire human genome (or all the DNA that codes for every human cell) has been sequenced, so we know what all the cell types are.
What we don’t know entirely, is how these cells work, and why they sometimes don’t work which is why we get some diseases such as cancer.
