Question: What are the major breast cancer research facilities in Australia?

  1. hi @cnicholls! Thanks for your question. There are few institutes just dedicated to cancer (mine is one of them). Other major research centres for breast cancer are the Garvan Institute (where Darren works) and the Centenary Institute in Sydney, the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute in Melbourne, John Curtin School for medical research at the ANU in Canberra. The Queensland Institute of Medical research also does breast cancer research and I think a few universities in Perth and Adelaide do as well. The Breast Cancer Institute of Australia focusses on breast cancer and is locate din Sydney.
