Hi Toxic,
Well, I get skin cells from volunteers and grow them up using artificially-made chemicals and solutions which are very much like the nutrients cells get from human blood.
I grow them at 37 degrees celcius (the human body temperature) and under these conditions, the cells can divide and grow, much like they would in the body! 🙂
