Question: if ears on humans are vestigal then does that mean i can cut my ears off with no personal harm

I wouldn’t be so sure that ears are vestigal! The outer parts of your ear are actually pretty useful for helping to focus the sounds waves going to your inner ear, and helping you figure out which direction a sound came from.

Cutting your ears off will certainly do you some personal harm, there will be some pain and bleeding involved.
The outer ear is not vestigial. They filter and change the sound entering your which helps you brain work out which direction it came from.
