Question: Are you willing to give up your job when you grow older?

    I will give up my job when I no longer enjoy it or I decide I want to try something else. At the moment I can’t see this happening anytime soon.

    I know a couple of older scientists who have formally retired and don’t get paid, but they still come into the lab and do experiments and keep up to date with what is new. They still enjoy it so they don’t stop.

    I think I will always be interested in science, so I might give up my job when I am older, but I will probably always think of myself as a scientist.

    It would be nice to retire when I get older though, do some travel, be able to relax… but I’ve got so much to do before then!!
